Sarah Billing the Relief of Samuel Billing deceased dyed _____ exhibited to this Corte ye Inventory of ye Estate of the sd Samuel Billing to which she made oath and is on ffile with the Records of the Corte and Power of administration is by this Corte granted unto Sarah Billing the Relief and ye sayd
relief deserving some distribution be made of the said Estate as a book account of the same to herself and children this Corte judge meets allow the widow or Relief aforesd all the moveable to be her own proper Right and at her dispose, as alsoe the use of the whole Estate both house and land till the children come to be of age, only secured for them till that tyme and when they come to be of age, hen she is to have here thirds out of the land and house for the full term of her life the Right to the children according to law
