The picture above is of Samuel Billing's Inventory. An inventory is a list of items the person left behind, similar to a will. Our job was to interpret the printed-out will to find important information. (For more on our job, see the link on the writer's names.) This will was said to be written on March 27, 1677, which is the day we started this project, in 2003 that is. Samuel Billing also wrote two letters that are shown on this page.
